October 11, 2006A video was released Tuesday by the Mujahedeen Shura Council, an insurgency group in Iraq, showing an attack on an SUV with an improvised explosive device (IED). The Mujahedeen Shura Council claim the attack, which reportedly occurred in Diyala province in eastern Iraq, was on a vehicle operated by the CIA. It is unknown if any casualties resulted from this incident.
